as i drove back to jeli.... i cried...AGAIN!!!

what da reason behind those tears??
many reasons but i don't know how to say it... :(
many feelings are inside me but i don't know how to spill it..

i'm sad because i felt lonely..really..
i felt that i can't be with my family at those happy times..
i felt that i have lose my friends...
i felt alone in my workplace..no one to share the problems at work that i faced everyday, to discuss about cases that catch my interest...

im sad because im tired...oncall once in every three weeks since there are only three pegawai in my hospital...
i can say that 60-70% the burden at my workplace on my shoulder...no one to share the burden...serabut otak fikir...nk share ngn org lain

hati ni rase sgt berat...
that day, for the first time i told mama ape feeling aku..
mama ckp i felt like this because this is the first time i've been far away from home..
and mama said that, i am given a chance from Allah, time utk lebih dekatkan diri aku dengan Dia..
yes hanna...use the chance that being given to u..
use it wisely..dekatkan diri dengan Dia, ketenangan akan datang nanti..

i realized that, once mama said a thing will happen to me, the thing that she had said really happened...since i was in school...
sejak awal mase aku mntk transfer, tiap2 kali balik s'gor, tiap2 kali call mama, x abis2 aku suh mama doa biarla permohonan transfer aku cepat menjadi...all that she said was "x pela, duk la situ dulu.."
but last night, what she said to me made my heart flutter "oh no!! x nak mengharap sbnrnye...tp kene jgk berharap sbb dr harapan la jd impian"
actually we were talking about the quarters i've been living for the past almost a year..
then, mama cakap "kakak kn x da lame dh kt ctu...." hohohoho...harap2 ape yg mama sebut itu menjadi kenyataan...keberkatan doa seorang mama, perkataan yang keluar dari mulut mama harap2 menjadi...
because, honestly, aku nk duduk bawah ketiak mama...x betul2 bawah ketiak pun, aku nk duduk kt tpt yg bile aku rase nk blk, aku bleh balik dgn senang...(sumenye salah mama ngn bapak jugak...hehehe..x penah lepas aku duk jauh dr diorg...haaa..kn da susah... :P) sbbnye, my family is my life, aku nk sentiase dikelilingi by my family and close friends...huhu...
pedulik la org nk kate ape,org yg berkate tu pn x sedar, die pun same je.... (^^)

i'm working in district hospital..
budget given kinda cukup-cukup makan..x mewah sgt la..
my friend that do the purchasing pn pening kepale nk manage the money so that it can last until the next budget given..
x salahkn die but sometimes geram sbb aku yg jage klinikal pening kepale dan x larat nk cari pnjm ubat merata bile ubat out of stock..
some ubat u can see that (with the use of ur clinical knowledge, eventho u x involve sgt in klinikal) it will be use constantly and the demand is high, so how about buying it banyak2..hmm?????
when u buy the drug sikit2, kite x leh nk bajet 'owh bulan ni 3 org je pt nk pakai ubat ni'..
patient will come when they are sick, and kite xleh put a limit to the no of patient present..tup..tup..sorry doctor, ubat ni dah out of stock..hmm...
da cakap byk kali, da bgtau byk kali jgk, klu slalu sgt bgtau nnt terase pulak,nnt kate kite ni kacau keje die...but please, im already tired about this matter..i know ur problem but please understand my problem too...
so, ubat yg mmg high demand, constantly use, cannot be predicted how many it will be used, aku rase x kesah beli bebyk as long as x keputusan ubat..how about it huh?
about the ubat pakar, pn dh x tau nk control camane sbb mmg pt meningkat, x kn nk halang pt from seeing the specialist, x kn nk halang the specialist from doing their job, but still from our side can la control nye sedikit sebyk, tp klu dah condition pt tu mmg memerlukan ubat tu, mmg xleh nk kate x leh la kn...(pt pun tolong la compliance dan pantang ape 2 yg patut so that ur condition x worsen..it is also a factor that contribute to the matter above)

all of these things made me depressed all the time..jgn one day aku kene depression sudah..i don't want to be one of the person that on antidepression..
this matter didn't give me satisfaction in delivering my service to the client and my passion to my work slowly fading away!!!!! i love my job...really.. but things have limits..and mine maybe nearly to the limit..
please Allah...help me..guide me..permudahkan segala urusan ku..

p/s to myself: betulkan niat kerana Allah, ikhlaskan hati kerana Allah, insya Allah semuanya okay..

satu soalan yg sometimes easy to be answered if u have the calon already (and u r sure about it) and soalan yang susah aku nk jwb...
kdg2 adik aku, aisyh sibuk tanye "kakak, bile nk kawen?" jwpn aku "abg2 da ade 5 org pn x ckp lg ke?" hahahaha..
persoalan ni mmg susah nk berjawab...
kerana aku belum punye calon...cousin aku kate "baek kawen cepat, tkt nnt org pencen carikan.."

the other factor is, i have to find a calon yg sekufu dgn family aku...
org tu msti boleh jadi imam dgn baek , knowlegde agama klu x byk pn atleast cket (to pass mama and bapak prerequisite..and me too), yg boleh bimbing aku but STILL gile2 and x skema...
from his physical appearance, you wouldn't expect that this guy can be an imam for solat jemaah and bacaan juge sedap..
hahahhaa..high standard la hanna ni...
but, itu lah yg aku nk...so far, mmg susah nk berjumpe yg begini...
dulu, i put one of the syarat, that guy must be tall..but now, x perlula, as long as im shorter than him..

i'm working in kelantan...nearly 1 year already..
how was it?
hmmm...not so happy...
im now a pharmacist, working in hosp jeli..
only three PF there, so a lot of responsibility to cover comes with alot of problems..

dari kecik dah besa idup di tempat yang senang, mewah for everything...alih2 kena posting kat tempat yg sgt2 berbeza drpd tempat kita membesaq dari kecik...
at first, masa tau kene posting kelantan...da x tau nk feel camana, tp sebab xdak kabel besaq gajah utk stay di s'gor, dgn berat hati pergi jua melaporkan diri di kelantan..
igtkn lapor diri aritu terus dpt tau dapat hosp mana...naaaa...rupa-rupanya, org kt ctu pn x dpt lgi list nama kitorg ni...so, mama ngn bapak have to go back first...
2 hari lps tu, baru tau kena posting di jeli, which is one of the place that is the most 'hulu-est'...
tepon mama bgtau, smbil nangis2...mama srh buat surat rayuan, esok pegi jumpa org yg bertanggungjawab, siap leleh2 nk mntk tkq bg dpt d bndr ckit dgn alasan saye org luar, sorg2, sesungguhnya lgsg tidak dilayan...

maka...bermulelah episod baru hidupku...
at first, mmg rase sgt2 suck and terrible...
but then (and until now), cuba menerima Qada' dan Qadar yg telah ditentukan oleh Allah...
setiap yg berlaku ada hikmahnya....tapi kita sebagai manusia, mmg terlalu lemah untuk menerima kenyataan yang mmg lari jauh drpd apa yg diidamkan, masih lagi mempersoalkan 'kenapa?', 'why me?'...
dan sejak kebelakangan ni, kesedaran timbul, semua yang berlaku mmg ada reason, cume kita ja yg x nmpk...ku kata pada diriku sndiri (hari2), bersabarlah, walaupun byk dugaan yang dtg, pelbagai masalah yg timbul yg menyerabutkan fikiran, niat di hati kena betul, ikhlas kerana Allah, baru hati kita tenang, segala urusan dipermudahkan...
dan telah lama alpa dengan kehidupan, maka kena kembali semula kepada Maha Pencipta, barulah segala yang dipohon akan menjadi kenyataan...
tapi kekadang tergelincir juga...
so, Hannah Mahir sentiasa lah berusaha... ^^

oncall selang 3 minggu...bile oncall, stay di jeli..
weekend x oncall, dulu masa arina still here, rumah itulah yg dituju, keluar dgn arina, KB Mall dan Tesco ditawaf...(sbb x de tpt lain nk dituju dah)
skrg, arina da dpt transfer blk s'gor (uwaaaa!!!! mmg sedih yg amat), naseb baik ada zana...
berkampung la weekend ku di tnh merah pulak...
tiap2 bulan mesti, wajib blk selangor...x kira org nk kata apa pun,(pasai org yg gheja di jeli pon tiap2 minggu balik ke halaman masing2, jdnya org luaq ni lagi la) yg pasti, waktu tu mmg kena balik untuk refreshment...
apa2 pun utk org yg men'support' saya, menolong saya, meminjamkan saya ubat-ubatan setiap hari....terima kasih byk2 (sgt2 byk)...i owe you guys big time...

where the pharmacist will provide the practitioner, patient and pharmacist or whoever about drugs information and yg seangkatan dgnnye....
hee...
in hosp kajang, the DIS also provides counselling for the outpatient....huhu...
i'm worst at communicating and talking with strangers....(sahabat2 ku pasti tahu...hahah)
cmne nk counsel patient ni klu x gheti nk berkomunikasi dgn baik ni...???

no time to surfing la...(cam bz sgt jer... :P)
nk kate bz tu x le sgt but ade la hari2 yg kene stay until almost 6pm...(eventhough x ler lewat mane pn...but on 5pm dot, org lain sume dh chow...)
keje ok...so far alhamdulillah....
TDM aku dh makin terer...chewah....
boleh la diharap kalau pegawai asalnye not around,but have to build some more confidence in interpreting the results...
next week, on monday 3rd of Nov...got an exam law to get my pharmacist licence...
huhuhu....actually i'm not prepared yet, really2 not prepared....
sbb it was too sudden and the mood to study don't arrive yet....plus it's LAW....
hahaha...naik pening bace ayat2 die...
but i have to work for it....if not i won't get my licence and i can't handle the drugs...
(this licence can "kill" people u know...haha...x de la...)
the licence will make my responsibility towards people getting bigger...
and also, to worth my hardship of studying all the drugs for 4 years...(cam la kuat sgt studynye... ^^)

and my convo will be on 26th of Nov...
i've got two letters from UiTM regarding my convo...
those two letters said that i have to pay for my saman and denda pinjaman buku...
if not i will not get my transcript...
yg geramnye...denda buku tu RM2.40 jer....
berkire tul UiTM ni...klu berpuluh RM tu x pe la jgk...
i have to go all the way to s.alam to pay for the denda...
but thank god i don't have to go cause izza also have some denda, so saye mntk tolong pak dollah byrkn dl...time kaseh pak dollah....
and today i received another letter from bhg keselamatan...about my stupid saman on that stupid day because of their stupidity to close the parking lots at FTMSK, and that made the parking lots at our faculty full, and i didn't have a place to parked my car(other people also)..
so that day i parked kt tepi jln and the stupid pak guard suke2 je bg saman without rationalizing why there were so many people parking at site that shouldn't be parked that day....
(geram die x abis2 lg smpi ari ni.....)
however, saman tu ttp kene byr klu x, x dpt skrol...
huh...mate duitan sggh....

2nd day in TDM....
i did three test...to check genta and vanco level...
the recommendation was done by my senior...so, safe..
eventually on thursday my senior was on leave...
so she leave a few caase for me to follow up and run the test and report it to the doctors...
dh le case neonates...
tp papehal keje ttp kene buat...
lucky me the case that i have to follow up the genta level was within the range...
so not much to worry about...
and today, i have to help my senior to send the report to the doctors and do some TDM request and it all went wells...
hahaha...
good job hanna... (perasan betul.... :P)

lapor diri on 6th oct tp dh lewat ptg ler cos uruskn bank dulu...
so today, officially lapor diri kt hosp kajang...
the first dept i'm attaching right now is TDM...
it's all about the calculation of the drug level in the blood...
usually vancomycin, aminoglycosides and antiepileptic drugs....
giler la...bile my preceptor bebel abou that TDM....my mind was blank...
but slowly the memories about TDM that i learned in sem 7 resurface...
but the files were very berkecamuk in my mind right now...
so i need some time to sort it back to its place...hahaha...
tu ler...cuti ari tu pn, brain pn cuti....hehehe...

at last, after 4 months of waiting, we get to know our posting....
last week, we only knew the negeri that we will be posted...
and alhamdulillah, i get to be posted in selangor....
all my friends knew that, i'm dying wanted to be posting in hosp selayang....
so, gelisah x tentu hala ler...x tau nk dpt hosp mane....
so yesterday afternoon, mar messaged me...
she said that both of us do not get posted in selayang....
O.O....
i was shocked and speechless....
honestly, i'm very, very dissapointed and frustrated...
till i cried...
so, my mood was down and i didn't knew how to tell mama cos i know that i'll broke into tears again...
so, near the bukak puase, i gain my strength and told mama that my posting was not in selayang...
and, x leh thn...i broke into tears again....(i become very fragile and a crybaby with my mama and bapak)
so, mama try to consoled me and make me feel ease....
huhu...i know that i have to terime the reality and i know that everything that happen, surely ade hikmah di sebaliknye...
but to think that, i will not be working in selayang just make me wanna cry....
maybe becos of many things that i hope to be happen to me, not becoming a reality alot of times...
maybe sbb saye dh terfikir nk keje kt situ from sem7 lg....
and maybe sbb i put high hope to be working there, eventhough mar and izza pernah ckp jgn terlalu berharap, klu x dpt nnt kecewa...
hmmmm.....i have to admit that i put a very high hope....

later, after solat isyak....i calmed down abit and tell myself that to face the reality and take the challenge....
working everywhere is the same though maybe lacking here and there...
but take that as ur experience...
and, lgpn posting ni setahun je..only during PRP before we become fully registered and get another posting...
and surely, next time i will try again....

his flight was on 10 am...
and we have to be there by 6 am...so, we had to leave home after bersahur...

so, dh smpi sane kitorg pn lepak le sementara nk tggu pegawai JPA pass him the ticket and give them a little taklimat about the flight...
he was the first in our family to get the chance to further study in oversea...
so mama and bapak was a little excited....
mama and bapak pesan mcm2 la kt die.....risau....

biasela mak bapak mane x risaukn...
bapak tu walaupun kate nk kene p keje awal, tp dok lecture x abis2...haha...

so, at 8 am the pegawai came and give them taklimat and passed him the ticket....
at 8.30, he went in the so we say goodbye....
and, saye yg kakak ni x menangis la pulak....
mona lak yg nangis...tu pn mase icam dh turun bwh tu....hehe...
aisyh jahat gelak kn kakak mona die nangis...hehe...

last, last sunday...ari ke-7 puase...
me and my friends went out to bukak puase at flaming, subang....
earlier, i asked mar n izza utk bkk puase same2 bile kami ade kelapangan...
then, izza told me that mat pis ajak bkk puase ramai2 since a few of them was here in kl....
so why not join diorg skali...
maka, terjadilah activity kitorg ni....
hehe... amende la yg aku mengarut ni....sorry ek...

so, the participants were.......

arip, lemi, paan, rem (kot?) mat pis, hunter, iser

yg plg syok tu, ntah kt mane la bdk2 ni jmpe si lemi tu...hehe...tibe2 je muncul....hehe...
jgn marah ek....gurau je....
all in all, sume org still the same, x byk perubahan....

pas2 die tanye kitorg....die nmpk berisi x..??
so, i looked at her closely....hmmm....she looks chubbier than before...
and mar asked me to rase qiqinye lengan.....
wow......lengan qiqi dh sebesar lengan kitorg.....haha.....
klu dl...kering je.....nk pegang pn tkt patah.... :P
skrg ni dh berisi....die kate cuti ni berat die naik 6 kg....
unbelievable.....hahah.....ni sume bahana menganggur for 4-5 months....
anyway, take it from the positive side, it's goo for her that she has gained some weight...
better than qiqi yg kurus sblm ni.....hihi...jgn marah ye qiqi....
tp ape2 pn, qiqi kene jage la so that berat bdn x naik byk sgt....
dh naik nnt ssh dh nk turun...huhu....

neway, restoran flaming tu restoran steambot....
so, the boys as usual...amik byk tp x habis last2....hehe....
nsb baik, restoran tu x kire ikut jumlah mknn....klu x mampos korg....
but, this time, x byk choice for its ice cream, although ade choc fountain yg best...hehe...
so, to wrap up....sume org blk dlm kekenyangan...after dh bergmbr....

moga ramadhan tahun ni lebih baik drpd yg lepas dan dipenuhi dgn ibadah agar kite menjadi hamba Allah yg sentiasa taat dan mengingatiNya slalu....

ok....here is my report...cewah..(sori ye lmbt...kinda bz...)

PIAH'S WEDDING

the wedding's kenduri took place on 17th of Aug 2008...
me and kak eizera bertolak from kajang at 9.15 am and arrived at mar's home at around 9.45 to fetched her, miah and izza...
smpi je sane.....hahaha...the colour of baju kurung that we wear were almost the same... cam dh janji plak....ceh...

then, we departed at around 10.30 am....
the journey took us about 1 and half hour to tapah...and we arrived at ~12 noon...

the theme colour of the day was purple and the cik pengapit pengantin perempuan was arina who wears pink baju kurung....!!??? ( tp arina kate piah yg suruh pki baju kaler tu...hihi...)
when we arrived, ain and dapi has already been there...
qiqi nd mar darnalis also there since the day before to help out ( and teman) the pengantin...hihi...
kak intan was also there...
so we went straight to see the bride....
piah was very pretty that day (...Of course la..it's her day...ape la hanna ni...)
we took some pictures with the bride..

then, azizi and atiqah (with her father and sister) arrived..
at around 12.30 the groom arrived and we went down to see the majlis bersanding....
the groom's face really look alike with piah's.....(org tue ckp muke same, jodoh kuat....)

cik pengapit kite ni klakar la ari tu....
the bride was cool and relax tp cik pengapit kite yg nmpk takut...hehe...
(jgn marah ye arina....neway, u have done a good job...siap kene renjis lagi so that turn awak plak kawen pas ni....haha...)
qiqi and mar kecik wore purple baju kebaya to match with the pengantin and to help out during the bersanding(i think...) but only mar kecik yg menjlnkn tugas...
qiqi...!!??? die x wat pape....ade ke patut....sian kecik....hehehe..(jgn marah qiqi nenek tue)
kak eizera and qiqi also merenjis the pengantin...(kak eiz and qiqi nk amik berkat ni....hihi...)
then, the bersanding end and all of us went to eat the nasi minyak....

after eating, we when to see the the brides to congratulate them and took some pics

reunion

yesterday....me and some of my schoolmates formed a small reunion...(i guess) or a meeting up....after been awhile we have not seeing each other....
some of them, like mamat, amie, one and rin, i think i've not seen them since they moved to boarding school after form 3....
the meeting took place at Johnny's in Alamanda....

also joined were nadhilah and elly...

elly was responsible to made up the meeting.....it's always been elly's responsible for friends reunion....haha...(thanx elly...i think without u, aku x ter'contact' n berjumpe le ngn bdk2 ni...)

mamat now has become a teacher in a school around PJ...amie also has been working for about few months....rin is going to her final year of becoming a doctor....one is going to become a fourth year medical student....elly has one more year to go before she's coming back to m'sia from sheffield and nadhilah has been working in pasir gudang for about 6 months....
me...?? hmmm....still waiting for my posting letter....(penanam anggur berjaye neyh... :D)

the reunion semlm was very fun....seeing my friends after few years.... the feeling was very happy....rase macam "jom rakan2, kite wat reunion lagi ramai2" haha...tp elly dh made up a deal ngn bdk2 yg pegi reunion last year kate 2010, baru buat reunion besar2an...becos at that time, sape yg study overseas insyaallah dh blk.... hihi...can't wait for 2010....x sabar nk jumpe sume org.... :)

bosan2 di rumah, jd penanam anggur berjaye ni...i decided to start a blog...

at least, when i have something to say, i can write it in hear when there's no one to hear me 'bebel-ling'...hehe..

after 3 months duduk kt umah, aku x wat pape pn...rase cam ruginye mase aku without terisi ngn bende yg berfaedah...huhu...
nk asah skil memasak...malasnye msk dapur...hmm..seru x smpi lg..(bile ntah seru nk smpi...)
tp utk menyedapkn hati --> x pe, nnt dh start keje, x de mase nk relax, goyang kaki mcm ni dh...(typical reason from a human being...)
mama suh sambung blaja mandarin, malas...(sian mama beli language learning set beratus-ratus hengget :(...)
hehe...yg aku wat hari2, tgk online kdrama or jdrama....
terbuangnye masa aku....bile pikir balik, rugi..masa tu x diisikan ngn mende berfaedah...

oleh itu, wahai cik hanna....sedarla...
umur pn dh 23....dh besar pnjg....please fill ur precious time...
